Welcome to our website regarding the proposed regeneration of the Civic Centre Site Opportunity Site South, St Albans. This site comprises Hertfordshire House, the former Police Station and NHS site.
Angle Property, a development company focused on delivering high quality developments in London and the South East, has appointed renowned architects MSMR who are currently drawing up early proposals for the new development. Angle Property is also discussing the plans for the site with Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust and Hertfordshire Police.
We know that there is a well-established community in the local area and it is important that whatever we create fits in well. We want to hear about what you would like to see in the area and what we can do to improve the area for the benefit of everyone.
The purpose of this website is to collect feedback from local residents. As the project progresses, it will also provide full details of the proposals, together with relevant news and consultation materials. A considered & consultative approach is sought to deliver a redevelopment of this key brownfield site that will benefit the local area.
